These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, web application, and all related services, features, and content provided by the Company, including any content available through the website (collectively referred to as the "App" or "Service").

read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including all policies and procedures incorporated by reference. You also acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representations not explicitly stated in this Agreement.

do not use the Service. Your continued use signifies your acceptance, effective from your first interaction with the Service. The Service is provided by

Changes and Modifications
We retain the right to modify the Service, including both free and paid features, at any time, with or without prior notice. Updates to this Agreement will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service after modifications take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.
Subscription and One-Time Purchases
The latest pricing for our Services is available on our website. Services may be purchased via our website, Apple Store, Google Play, or other authorized third-party platforms. Purchases made directly from the Company are processed through external providers such as
Stripe and
PayPal.
Ordering Process
- Step 1: Users complete an initial onboarding quiz to determine the most relevant Service options.
- Step 2: Users select a Service plan and complete payment via credit card or PayPal.
- Step 3: Upon successful payment, users receive a confirmation email with access details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription—users must manually disable auto-renewal in their account settings.
For refund requests, please review our Money-Back Guarantee Policy on our website. Refunds for purchases made via App Store or Google Play must be handled directly with the respective platform.
User Eligibility and Age Restrictions
To access the Service, you must be at least
16 years old in the EU and not otherwise prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. If you are under
18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
If we have reason to believe you do not meet the age requirement, we may suspend your access to the Service until proof of age is provided. In accordance with
COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998), we do not knowingly collect or store personal data from users

personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. The Service is intended strictly for
personal, non-commercial use.

We may provide notices regarding changes to this Agreement via

Note for EU Residents
If you are a consumer in the
EEA or Switzerland, you acknowledge that digital content is
delivered immediately upon purchase. If you choose to exercise your
right of withdrawal, we may deduct a proportional fee based on the services already rendered.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"
WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR NEEDS.
- ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to
indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AUTOMATA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Service.
Exclusive Terms and Amendments
- The most recent version of these Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and AUTOMATA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through
mutual negotiation shall be
settled through individual arbitration.
All disputes shall be governed under the
laws and courts of Panama.
This App Does Not Provide Antivirus or Malware Removal Services
Final Agreement
